Columbine Country Club made a concerted effort to enhance its members' health and well-being through Columbine Fresh, a popular grab-and-go service, with 1000 Hills Fitness. Recipes include local ingredients and fitness department approved meals like cauliflower burrito bowl and broccoli rabe and peanut sauce soba.
