1. Offer a variety of different programs that can reach a wide range of age groups.

2. Create programs that are convenient for the whole family.

3. Hire instructors who love working with kids.

4. Create an interactive environment, one in which instructors are working with the kids to allow them to learn by doing.

5. Continue what’s working well, but always retain an open mind to new classes that will help keep kids interested and families involved.
