The key is to watch your members’ feet. When they don’t show, you know something needs to be fixed. Seek the wisdom of successful personal trainers, fitness directors, athletic directors and group exercise instructors for ideas on what is hot and what is not. And for a big boost of brain power, attend one of the annual trade shows like IDEA World or IHRSA.
